BRECKER TRAINING ROCKS!!! I've been hiking, mountain biking, and snowboarding around Jackson, Wyoming for 30 years. I've had a few crashes along the way and they ache more as time passes. Each training session begins with Derek asking how I'm feeling. I go through what the body issues of the day are and he tailors the workout to target whatever that may be. My #1 issue is lower back pain and before training with Brecker I thought I might be getting too old to rip around the mountains. Sometimes I think about skipping a session because I'm tired, but I always leave Brecker Training feeling revitalized. I give Brecker the highest possible recommendation!
